Why families keep coming back

Made in Dearborn

Everything is made in our own kitchen on Tireman Street. Pick it up fresh, order it through DoorDash or UberEats, or find it at grocers across Southeast Michigan.

Our grandmothers' recipes

We opened the bakery to save the recipes our mothers and grandmothers made by hand. Same layers, same butter, same care. Nothing added, nothing rushed.

Made for gatherings

A 16-inch sabaya cuts into up to 36 pieces. Honeycomb pull apart bread is a great crowd pleaser. Our trays are perfect for holidays, weddings, Sunday breakfast or any large gathering.

From our kitchen to your oven

Sabaya comes uncooked, with the layering already done by hand. Thaw it for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature, then four small steps take it to the table.

01

Bake it

Preheat the oven to 420°F. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, until the top layer turns golden brown.

02

Let it rest

Tent loosely with foil, or top with the plastic bag provided, for a few minutes so the crust settles and cuts cleanly.

03

Cut it

Scissors or a pizza wheel make the cleanest cuts. A small tray serves 10–12; a large tray serves 18–36.

04

Drizzle honey

Serve with honey drizzled over the top or on the side. Breakfast, tea time, appetizer or dessert. It works for all of them.
